We were appointed to investigate the feasibility of constructing a new industrial unit adjacent to their existing office building, on vacant and overgrown land within our client’s site. Having surveyed the location and premises we prepared several proposals for review with the client.
We submitted a preferred scheme as a pre-application to the local planning authority, obtaining their comments allowing our client to make an informed decision on the project.
