Following the loss of their previous building, our client sought our advice about the feasibility of a new building on their site. We firstly assisted them refine their thoughts and prepare a brief through the preparation of several sketch proposals.
A preferred scheme was developed and received favourable comments in response to a pre-application to the local planning authority. This is being developed in readiness for a full planning application.
