Originally appointed to provide advice regarding an existing vacant dilapidated building, we completed a feasibility study which led to a replacement building being selected as the preferred option. We then assisted the client prepare a brief before providing several proposals for their consideration.
A preferred design was developed and subsequently received planning approval. Working alongside other recommended consultants we established critical information that would influence the client’s decision on the project path.
